Choc Chips
cookiesDalam bulan puasa ni tak dapat banyak sangat menyinggah di rumah kawan-kawan. Bukan tak ingat. Ingat. Cuma masa agak mengekang. Kalau tengok bundo dah lama tak nyinggah, janganlah terasa hati ya.
Kali ini pun nak tulis pendek saja. Kalau ada sesiapa yang masih tercari-cari choc chip biscuit yang rangup, cubalah yang ini. Resepi ini pun dapat dari internet tapi dah lupa resepi orang putih mana. Mintak halal aje lah.
250 gm butter, softened
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups self raising flour, sifted
1 cup white choc chips (guna dark choc chip saja)
1 cup dark choc chips
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees c. Line baking trays with baking paper
2. Mix the butter, sugar and condensed milk and beat at high speed until pale and creamy. Reduce speed to low, add the flour and mix until the dough almost come together.
3. Remove the bowl, add choc chips and stir until well combined. Roll heaped tablespoon of mixture into balls and place onto baking trays. Flatten slightly with fingertips or fork.
4. Bake 14 - 16 minutes. Stand 5 minutes on trays.
