Just a quick n3. While blog-hopping to friends' kitchen I found this tempting cookies at Rahel's. I immediately printed out the recipe and promised myself to make it as one of the must to do cookies for this 'eid.
It tastes really good, crunchy inside and the layered chocolate with breadcrumbs coating really makes the cookie booms in your mouth. Try it and you will be your own judge.
